Windy City Gay Chorus and Windy City Treble Quire  present our 2017-2018 Season! Get your season tickets! That's So Gay! The Stereotype Cabaret treats Uptown Underground audiences to a kaleidoscope of songs performed by sixteen multi-talented members of Windy City Gay Chorus and Windy City Treble Quire in a quest to illuminate, with unsparing wit and unexpected compassion, the tendency to label our fellow human beings--in this case, LGBTQ stereotypes. (October 22 or 29-Uptown Underground-5:30pm)  Caroling All the Way showcases a variety of holiday favorites in different styles, centered around Ceremony of Carols by Britten and Carols and Lullabies by Susa, featuring Harp, Guitar, and percussion. (December 2, 2017-St. James Cathedral-7:00pm) Bernstein and Broadway features the "Chichester Psalms" by Britten. It is the quintessential 20th-century American setting of the most famous psalms featuring organ, harp, and percussion. The musical theater works of Bernstein and others rounds out the program with selections featuring diverse composers and shows. (March 10, 2018-St. James Cathedral-7:00pm) My Life: A Mixtape takes you through an enjoyable journey through songs that are connected to significant moments in the lives of our members weave together to tell a story of diversity, humanity, and pride.
