Some Days Are Diamonds Some Days Are Stones

 

I took this picture in June in Florida. This is towards the exit of Manasota Key called Stump Pass, where as you can plainly see there are parts of the pass where it isn't that deep...the guy who was piloting this boat wasn't too lucky the day he got stuck. Looking back at the picture today it just seemed like a perfect metaphor. Some days you get stopped in your tracks, some days you get out in the pass and into the gulf which turns into Some Days Are Diamonds, Some Days Are Stones...by an all time favorite John Denver
